I Have Total Body Weakness, Very Tired, No Muscle Strength,

I have total body weakness, very tired, no muscle strength, hard to brush my teeth or write my name. I thought it was alleges , that is usually how I feel when pollen hits but I have never had the muscle weakness and lack of coordination. It is even hard to type this. I am 59 in excellent health, athletic non smoker or drugs or alcohol. thx
