I Have Transient Facial Numbness On The Left Side Near

I have transient facial numbness on the left side near my eye that feels like when novacaine is wearing off. It is most noticeable when I wake up, and is accompanies by a headache in that area. It seems to go away and then the numbness comes back without the headache late in the day when I am tired. At these times I also feel spacey and a little dizzy. I have had these symptoms for several months. The numbness is mild.
