I Have Transverse Myelitis. For The Past Two To Four

I have transverse myelitis. For the past two to four months I feel tired all the time. I am on a medication for depression and I take gabepetin for my TM. No matter how much I sleep it never seems to be enough. I will sleep nine to twelve hours at a time and still need a nap during the day. The joints in my fingers and wrists hurt too. I have lots of pain in my lower back, right hip, and right thigh. I need to know why I feel tired all the time and what should I do about it?
