I Have Transverse Myelitis Disease With Severe Constipated And Have

I have transverse myelitis disease with severe constipated and have tried every medication OTC and prescription even Relistor with not much help. I also ave an overactive bladder which keeps me up every two hrs and have tried every med. for that problem. What else is there to do?
