I Have Tremendous Pain On The Right Side Of My

I have tremendous pain on the right side of my nose. I have never had an acne problem nor sinus problems, however my nose and surrounding area (up towards my right eye) is swollen and red. I look almost like I have a "clown" nose. I've been spraying the whole side of my nose and surrounding areas with Benadryl spray at night so I can sleep. Just throbs.
