I Have Tried Almost Every Antidepressant Available In The US

I have tried almost every antidepressant available in the US with very little symptom relief. I was able to obtain a prescription for moclobemide from my psychiatrist about five years ago. Currently very hard to find a dr who will write a prescription for it since it's not available in the US. How can I obtain a prescription for it? I get terrible side effects from almost every antidepressant except this one.
