I Have Tried Every Antibiotic To Get Rid Of Sinus

I have tried every antibiotic to get rid of sinus MRSA problems. I am interested in knowing how to use Manuka honey to treat MRSA. Do I ingest it? or do I put it in the sinuses and if so, how do I do that? i.e. A rinse or a vaporizing machine, with/without salt water?
