I Have Tried To Have Sex For Almost Two Years

I have tried to have sex for almost two years now, and I finally kind of did for a little bit before it was too painful. I thought I had vaginismus, but now I'm wondering if it's something else. Afterwards, I had some spotting of blood which I figured was normal, but it's been two days and I just started experiencing blood flow as if I'm on my period. I have never had an irregular period, and I am not due for another two weeks. Is this blood flow caused from breaking of the hymen? Or do I need to go get checked out? Also I have been pretty sick lately so I figure it could be a stress induced period but again, I have never been irregular and I am not experiencing cramps like I normally would.
