I Have Trouble Having Bowel Movements, My Stomach Feels Full

I have trouble having bowel movements, my stomach feels full and hurts like I have to go but I cant get it to come out. I have gas all the time from both ends. My stomach is constantly making sounds but I cannot use the bathroom. I take stool softeners and miralax and they are not helping.
