I Have Trouble Swallowing My First Few Bites At Each

I have trouble swallowing my first few bites at each meal. More so in the morning. I do take several medications for heart disease and Lupus. I usually have to wait a minute or two for my food to clear my throat. After the first few bites it's no longer a problem. Thanks.
Why don't you state ahead of time that the answer is going to cost money. That's a bunch of BS. Don't worry about an answer.
