I Have Trouble With Though Process. I Start A Statement

I have trouble with though process. I start a statement and can not finish. It is not there any more. I have frontal brain lesions . I have had seizers , head aches' . Do I need to get a another MRI and EEG, to see if any thing has changed. In the 3 years ?
