I Have Twins And Doctor Said In Twins Pregnancy We

I have twins and doctor said in twins pregnancy we cant to genetic defect test. So how can i judge my babys have no health issue or problems. In sonohraphy report every time doctor writea cardiac activity and movement are appreciated. What it is mean? Pls answer.
