I Have Two Abdominal Hernia, One From Incision, When I

I have two abdominal hernia, one from incision, when I had a COLOSTOMY 2012, the other on other side of belly button, not as large as incisional hernia. I am having frequent soft stools for last 3 days, some nausea at times, low back pain, and generalized malaise!
