I Have Two Bumps On My Outer Labia, One On

I have two bumps on my outer labia, one on each side. They're hard and kind of itchy but not really. I'm not sexually after and have gotten 2/3 of my HPV vaccinations. I've not had contact with anyone in that area either. I'm 18 years old and recently had ringworm. Possible causes?
