I Have Two Bumps On My Tendons On My Feet

I have two bumps on my tendons on my feet the left one gets larger as I stay on my feet all day.the pain can go up to my calf. but after a day of relaxing the pain in my calf goes away. but the lumps are still there. I quit my job because the pain was to much on the tendon.
