I Have, Two Days In A Row Felt Like I

I have, two days in a row felt like I had looked into a bright light - flashbulb or sunlight - had a bright 'burn' in my vision...as it faded normally (just as if I had been the victim of a flash bulb) - I have developed a weakness and unsteadiness much like a diabetic episode. But I'm not diabetic. I have a spinal stenosis and am up for possible surgery disc fusion. Can something spine related be the problem or could my blood sugar all of a sudden be doing something?
