I Have Two Gals One 11 Months N Other 61/2.

I have two gals one 11 months n other 61/2. Initially both have stuffed nose ..I have given only nasal spray to them. ..but now both having coughing and uneasiness ...so gave solvin cold syrup to both. ..My doc asked me 5ml for little one as she is almost 10kg and 10 ml for bigger one...The bigger one developed the whizzing sound ...so gave wysolone 10. ...not satisfied. ..though giving according to doc prescription. .now in UK. ..can't connect to my doc. ..I have many other syrups also. ..none of them having fever...Please reply. ..
