I Have Two Hernias.one Is In The Groin From Running

I have two hernias.one is in the groin from running in youngers years and a belly button hernia from pregnancy.i have had xrays and cat scans for other things but doctors have had concerns about my hernias.i work out and do yoga and I am 53 yrs old. what symtoms would occur if hernias are serious.........
