I Have Two Herniated Disks In My Lower Left Back.

I have two herniated disks in my lower left back. I was in a car accident in August. I work two jobs and at the end of the day my back is killing me. I have had three injections. Two in my back and one lower for the pain down my leg. I know that pain medication works and helps me sleep but I afraid to say that because I am a parole officer and I dont want to appear as if I am pill seeking. I use litocane patches and tons of ibuprofen. They prescribed prednisone which keeps me up and muscle relaxers that I can't take because I can't function the next day. Any ideas?
