I Have Two Holes In My Right Tonsil. I Looked

I have two holes in my right tonsil. I looked it up and it looks like the tonsil stones but without the stones. The holes look similar and my throat hurts to swallow. Do holes in tonsils heal by themselves. I think its quite big, I can stick a cotton bud in it.
