I Have Two Holes Under My Armpit, Kind Of Like

I have two holes under my armpit, kind of like how a belly button piercing would look. The holes are connected. So If I put say a string in one hole, it'll come out in the other hole. Sometimes if I pinch it black stuff comes out. I've had it for years, but don't know what it is.
