I Have Two Lumps Both On Either Side Of My

I have two lumps both on either side of my ribs under my ribs about for figures under my breast. They're soft, they also hurt I touch them. There i occasional pain in my underarm. I also have surreal pain my right shoulder blade it's unbearable when I try to lift my arm over my head.
