I Have Two Or Three Little White Bumps On The

I have two or three little white bumps on the interior lining of my lower eye lid and eye socket area. They do not hurt but my eye waters at times. I had cataract surgery 6 months ago and noticed it after that. My question is what are they and how should they be treated .
