I Have Two Ovarian Cysts. One Found Back In Jan

I have two ovarian cysts. One found back in jan and the other back in may. Havent had time to have them checked out due to having my appendix and gallbladder removed. The past two days i have felt like my lower stomach is cramping and pain in my hips. I thought it was my period but it wasnt. When i wipe theres a light pinkish color that shows on the tissue paper. Could this possibly from those cause ive never had this happen before?
