I Have Two Problems And I Didn't See Where To

I have two problems and I didn't see where to select a specialist. First problem, my doctors can't find the source of my low blood count. The count has gone down to 7.1 but is not up to 12. If I don't take the prescribed iron pills, it goes down within a day or two.
Secondly, I every other week or two I spit up blood. I have post nasal drip and use a sleep apnea mask.
