I Have Two Questions. First I Have Pain In My

I have two questions. First I have pain in my upper back, it feels like I'm being stabbed by tiny knives, and lit matches on my back. I also get spasms in my back. Second I constantly get Charlie horses in my legs, my feet, my neck, and my back. A lot of times they're so severe my muscles will hurt for days after. Can u tell me wat may be causing these things, and wat could possibly be going on with my back...ty
