I Have Two Red Dots Between My Second And Third

I have two red dots between my second and third toe two days ago, very itchy keeps me up all night, then this morning the dots are darker. I scratched them and the skin broke apart between them and around them. slight swelling in area on top of foot and bottom of foot. benadryl cream doesn't help with itch. Any ideas what it could be?
