I Have Two Small Ovarian Cysts (one On Each Side)

I have two small ovarian cysts (one on each side) and they are having trouble going. I'm still bleeding like a normal woman, however I am concerned for children. I want to be able to have them. The doctor said they are nothing to worry about but I'm still scared.
Is there a reason that my cysts are having trouble going/rupturing?
