I Have Two Very Large Masses (rubbery And Moveable) On

I have two very large masses (rubbery and moveable) on my left ankle and one on my right. My family doctor looked at them awhile back and just said "fluid". It isn't. I've been reading and looking at pictures. I have had smaller "lipomas" in different spots on my body. One on each thigh-which were successfully removed. I also have a large one on the inside of my left arm. (That one doesn't bother me). I cannot wear dresses or skirts and it is very hard in the summer. What do you suggest?
