I Have Type 1 Diabetes Can I Still Get Pancreatitis?

I have type 1 diabetes can I still get pancreatitis? This pain in my legs, thighs and calves has only started today but it is almost debilitating. I have to go up and down the stairs sideways and one step at a time. I just checked my blood sugar at it was 6.7. I also have a mild but confirmed case of multiple sclerosis and I suffer from bipolar disease. Any thoughts?
