I Have Type 2 Diabetes But Am Not On Meds

I have type 2 diabetes but am not on meds yet. I am presently on 500mg of cipro for a uti twice a day (1000)
I did a finger stick this a.m and my reading was 207 before eating. I just checked again since eating about
5:00 p.m. and the reading was 327. Would the high dosage of antibiotic cause these high readings?
