I Have Type 2 Diabetes But Under Control. Recent A1C

I have type 2 diabetes but under control. Recent A1C 5.5.My triglycerides are 410. I am very sensitive to meds and most fish. I recently purchased an omega 3 made with salmon. That particular fish does not bother me. I have ataxia making most exercise impossible. Is there anything else you could suggest.
