I Have Type 2 Diabetes, Suffered Stroke 10 Years Ago.

I have type 2 diabetes, suffered stroke 10 years ago. Have high BP and high cholesterol. I have pain in my jaw when actively exercises. Not always but sometimes. And also some numbness tingly feeling in left arm. I had an echo and am waiting to hear if I need angiogram. Do you think I will need one even if echo is normal. Because of my risk factor
