I Have Type II Diabetes. I Take 60 Units Of

I have type II diabetes. I take 60 units of insulin (Lantus SoloStar) every night before bed. My blood sugar is low today. I've tested it three times and it was 77, 110 and just now it is 165. Those may sound like nice normal numbers, but for me, it's low and I have been shaky all day and just not feeling well. I need to know whether I should take my insulin injection tonight or hold off on it.
