I Have Typical Heart Problem. I Have Infiltrative Cardiomyopathy Because

I have typical heart problem. I have infiltrative cardiomyopathy because of Tuberculosis. I am on amidarone 200 each day. eartlier I hade A-fib. I was taking calaptin 120 sr. For one year I had no episode of a-fib. However, I stopped taking calaptin 120 sr and now I have episodes almost every week but it is more like a palpitation and skipped bit and it lasts only for 45 to 60 min. I use to take calaptin 40 during such episodes. Should I continue with calaptin 120 sr?
