I Have Ulcerative Colitis And It Is About A Week

I have ulcerative colitis and it is about a week before my Remicade infusion and I have sharp pains in my upper back when I move. Is it possible that this is related to my auto immune condition? I have this problem regularly right before my infusion and it goes away after my treatment. My dr. Says he has never heard of this being a problem before.
