I Have Ulcers & Have Been Admitted To The Hospital

I have ulcers & have been admitted to the hospital more than once for this. About 8 days ago I starting peeing blood. The last time I was throwing up & had diahrea. It got so bad I was going in & out of conscientious. Call an ambulance they came & asked how long I had been bleeding. I didn't know I was bleeding just know it was dark, almost black. Took me straight to surgery & ICU. Had to stay about 5 days. I'm 53 yrs old & the last time I had my period was 8 months ago. I though I was going the through the change & it was over! It started 8 days ago & just seems to b getting worse. The last time I peed I looked in the toilet & it was full of red blood. Do u think it could b my ulcers bleeding again? Why would I have my period now when I haven't had it in 8 months? I'm very confused. I have no insurance, or money & I am unemployed! Last time they said I lost a lot of blood & had to give me 8 units if blood. They said if I would have laid there 20 more minutes I would have died! Any advice(without having to pay money would b greatly appreciated! Please help! Oh well, I guess I won't get any advice because I don't have money! I really think that's sad! :•(((
