I Have Under Gone A Laprascopy Surgery 3 Weeks Back

I have under gone a laprascopy surgery 3 weeks back for removing galblader for accumulation stones. After the surgery I was given and still continuig Rifagut 400 tablets twice daily.Now I am having sever pain around the key hole was done and having some bulging where the hole was made.
Pl. tell me what for this tablet is given, what are its after effects and should I continue this? Pl. advise
