I Have Undergone A Removal Of A Pituitary Adenoma Back

I have undergone a removal of a pituitary adenoma back in December 2008. I had all the classic signs of Cushings. I'm now 42 and have started having chronic headaches, severe fluid retention everywhere from both bilateral lower extremities, abdomen, peri orbital edema. The crazy thing is ibuprofen 800mg usually gets rid of this headache. However, I'm going on day three with this headache right behind my left eye and nothing is helping. This is where the adenoma was removed. Im scared to think maybe the tumor has grown back. I awoke this morning with more swelling in my face than usual. I've also developed insulin resistance since the surgery and take Metformin 1000mg bid and this helps with the fluid in my abdomen but this hasn't helped me in several days. My abdomen is just getting bigger. The bad thing is I have no health insurance and have not had an Mri of my brain since 2011. I have other factors too. I don't make b12 and therefore take weekly shots, I also have chronic diarrhea it's more like Ibs.
