I Have Underwent CABG Surgrery 4 Months Before . Now

I have underwent CABG surgrery 4 months before . Now going a medication of Zetamet plus 20/500 mg,metolar xr 25 mg, korandil 5mg in the morning with breakfast and ecospirin 150,korandil 10 and atorvastatin 20 mg with supper. I have mild gastric probs, chest pain and burning sensation all over my body. Please advice
