I Have Unequal Pupils. My Left One Is Always Much

I have unequal pupils. My left one is always much bigger than the right. I noticed this about a week ago & it's been like it ever since. I have never had this before. I have also been experiencing headaches, sometimes sharp, shooting pains, sometimes as if my head is being squeezed. I have been experiencing this regularly for a month or so. Three months ago I started a job using a computer every day. Could it be caused by this or should I be concerned and seek help?
