I Have Unexplained Bruising On Inner Thighs. Sometimes Itches-sometimes Not.

I have unexplained bruising on inner thighs. Sometimes itches-sometimes not. I've had it off and on for 3 years. 2 months ago I went to have blood work done and tests-I'm healthy, nothing wrong with me. Could this be varicose veins or a vitamin deficiency or something else? Where the bruising is, there are no visible veins or spider veins. Thank you.
