I Have Unexplained Weight Went From 150 To 110 ,

I have unexplained weight went from 150 to 110 , I have had a colonostompy and I was had a scope down my stomach. I continues to have severe gas at times . I have been taking Bentle for my stomach and pills for
nausea and vomiting . I am also taking Ephasmy for gas, it seems to work. What would be my next step?
