I Have Unilateral Pain In The Right Temple Part Of

I have unilateral pain in the right temple part of my head. The pain is a dull 3 out of 10 constantly with random flashes of pain that radiates inward behind my right eye. I also have a constant pressure kind of pain behind my right eye. At times the pain also comes from the right base of my neck. Some times the pain is constant and goes down my right shoulder and right arm. I have been to my primary care doc who first gave me a z-pack with no effect, then the following week a course of Levoquin. I have been living on alleve and sinus tablets- to help ward off the pain. Now even this does not stop the pain. This has been going on for about three weeks following a return from overseas vacation to Europe.
