I Have Upper Back Pain In Between My Shoulder Blades,

I have upper back pain in between my shoulder blades, and lower back pain...my chest pain comes and goes as well as neck pain (behind my ears and down my neck)....i also have a headache and joint pain....I have an appt. scheduled I just didn't know if I should go sooner.
