I Have Used Flute As One Propionate Nasal Spray For

I have used flute as one propionate nasal spray for sinus problem, 2 sprays in ea nostrils once a day. I have noticed a slight change in my vision. Looking online a the usage, it doesn't mention use for sinus nor allergies. Why would it be prescribed if it's not for allergies?
