I have various fat flat spots or something under the skin of my legs and thighs. Sometimes when I press on them a needle like sensation occurs or dull pain. They are flat and firm. Should I see a doctor. I am 78, 5'5. I was weighing 155 but I have gained 5 pounds. I walk 6,000 steps per day.
