I have various symptoms lymph nobles in my neck arm pits arms chest groin area and behind knees are enlarged back of neck and head are large, Thyroid is enlarged with a lump I'm gaining weight at a high rate when I have losses appetite and the list goes on I have a doc appt on Friday what can this be
