I Have Vertigo And Went To My Chiropractor This Week

I have vertigo and went to my chiropractor this week but am still dizzy. The dizziness doesn't feel like my normal vertigo. I've lost 26 pounds since June (not trying) so I had a checkup this week because I thought my thyroid might be off. I'm on 112 Mcg Levothyroxine but that came back 2.6. I asked her to do CBC which came back normal. Well, I've been dizzy all day. What can I do next?
