I Have Vertigo Really Bad And It Hasn't Gone Away

I have vertigo really bad and it hasn't gone away for the Last 6 months. I've seen a ear specialist and it's not my ears so they are sending me to a neurologist. My app isn't for a few months and I keep running a fever every couple days of 100 to 101. Today it spiked to 103 for a couple hours and went back to 100 should I go to the er
